Chris serves as Dunlop House’s Administrator. A graduate of our Administrator in Training Program, Chris has demonstrated a passion for supporting our residents and staff and delivering exceptional care to our community with dignity and respect.
A U.S. Navy Veteran, Chris earned his Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration and has discovered a true passion in eldercare, inspired by his wife and his time working with the Dunlop House community.
He lives with his wife, their 2 children and their Golden Doodle, Oliver, who is a resident comfort animal.

Katie Dunn, Dunlop House’s Director of Admissions, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation and Minor of Psychology from Longwood University and has deep experience serving others as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist in geriatrics, mental health, TBI, and physical rehabilitation. Throughout her career, she has developed a passion for working with older adults, especially those living with dementia.
In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and their son, Weston.

Rachel serves as Dunlop House’s Director of Community Relations. A life-long resident of Colonial Heights, Rachel holds a Recreational Therapy degree from Longwood University. Rachel officially joined the Dunlop House team in 2016 as their Director of Activities but has been a member of the Dunlop House family since her grandparents became residents in 2000, unlocking a passion for serving the senior community and connecting with residents and families.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with family, her husband and their son, Nolan.

Peggy serves as Dunlop House’s Director of Resident Care. With specialties in Critical Care Neurology and Surgical Nursing, Peggy has demonstrated a passion for supporting our residents and delivering exceptional care to our community through her dedication to Long-Term Care.
Peggy is blessed with 3 children, 6 grandchildren and a Boxer named Lola. She spends her free time with family and loved ones.

Bringing creativity and expertise to every plate, David’s meals are sure to impress.
David serves as our Director of Culinary Services, bringing new flavors to the Dunlop House menu. He has over 30 years of experience as a Chef, Baker, and Kitchen Manager. For the past 15 years, he has served as the Director of Culinary Services in independent, assisted, and memory care facilities, with the goal of providing residents with meals worth looking forward to.
Erin Kelly

With over 20 years of experience in senior living, Chef Erin brings a blend of culinary skill, creative leadership, and heartfelt service to Dunlop House. In previous roles, she has served as Food Service Director, Chef, and even Life Enrichment Director, leading enriching activities and interactive cooking classes for residents and their families.
Outside the kitchen, Erin is an artist and musician who enjoys painting and playing guitar, piano, and percussion. She’s also a proud dog lover and the granddaughter of a U.S. Army Major General and Chief of Chaplains.

Lauren is a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse with a decade of nursing experience, specializing in long-term care settings. A native of Dinwiddie County, she brings a deep sense of community and compassion to Dunlop House.
Outside of her professional commitments, she is a proud mother of two active children who keep her busy with soccer games and cheerleading competitions.

Native to Powhatan County, he now lives in Chester, VA with his wife and their 2 daughters and he has a deep passion for all things fitness, nutrition and bodybuilding.

Robin has been a part of the Dunlop House team for more than 12 years and holds both CNA and RMA certifications. She joined the Dunlop House team in her retirement after running her own business for 30 years and loves spending time with residents and their families.
Robin plays the piano and french horn and loves to read and spend time with her grandchildren in her free time.

Chrissy has been a part of the Dunlop House Family as Director of Activities for 6+ years. She brings 14 years of experience working in a wider range of roles in Assisted Living communities to the Dunlop House team. Chrissy is passionate about creating meaningful moments for residents and their families…and will even throw on an Easter Bunny suit to spread holiday cheer!
In her free time, Chrissy enjoys spending time with her family and dog, crafting and going on walks.

Charles has served for 16+ years as Dunlop House’s Director of Maintenance & Housekeeping. He brings 20+ years of construction and maintenance experience to the role and helps to ensure that our community stays in peak condition.
In his free time, Charles enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, boating and camping.

Denny serves as the Founder and Principal of Mantle Management, the Management Agent for Dunlop House. He has worked closely with seniors, families and care teams at all levels throughout a 15+ year career in elder care. Denny is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Preceptors, a member of the Virginia Assisted Living Association Board of Directors and serves on the advisory boards of the ECPI University Health Administration and RN Program.
He lives in Powhatan County with his wife and their 5 children, is an avid reader of all things and is a lifelong ice hockey player.
